Winker uses 2 NPN transistors with Resistors/Capacitors to generate the flash time. Leds are quite bright and use 470 ohm 1/2W current limit resistors. I’m supplying 1/2W’s for ease of insertion. If you want the board smaller I can supply 1/4W’s and a smaller board layout.
